June 27, 2004 ST1100 Scavenger Trip
Yikes! I hadn’t noticed how racked the front of the bike was after the crash.
Lots of miss aligned parts
I was hoping the Laminar lip had fared better than the screen. No luck!
Left mirror was no where to be found
Nice flat spot in the tube steel. We stopped at the crash site on the way and measured 100′ from point the bike high sided to where Doreen the bike and myself ended up!
One last look! 🙁 I noticed the oil cap with the STOC coin at the last minute and had to grab it! I stuffed some foam padding in the valve cover to take its place.
