This is what it looks like when you have the swingarm and tank
out to start the alternator job.
New alternator in place. Note the scratched paint on the frame. 🙂
It’s a TIGHT fit getting the new alternator in place.

After rewiring. You can just see the alternator in the lower left corner. Note the red plug with the yellow wires is no longer used, as is the white plug just below the ew 50 amp fuse.
Note the trim job required to get the alternator dust cover on.
