The stock wiring for the horn consists one wire always hot and the other wire is ground which runs through horn button. I tried using the horn switch as a ground trigger for the relay circuit built into my Arboreal Neutrino Black box. This triggers one of the 6 circuits which I then ran to the horns. The radiator bolts I used to mount the horns are NOT grounded. I had to run a ground wire to the horns. This installation was problematic as the relay feature of the NBB is not an instantaneous relay. It was hard to “blip” the horn.
I ended up using a relay to power the horn which is trigger by the original horn switch.
