| I needed a new map holder. Two pieces of clear acrylic plastic, some 3-M Dual Lock to snap the pieces together, and some Velcro to hold it to the tank bag make a very nice one. Size allows an AAA map to lay flat when folded two sections wide. A couple of holes along one side with some nylon wire ties to make it impossible to drop one half while changing maps at the side of the road. If it is raining, slip the map into a clear plastic bag before putting into the holder. A grease pencil will work for notes on the surface, too. |
