2010 SPAMS Ride - Day 6 - 8/27/2010 Friday
Golden, BC to Canmore, Alberta
We drove from Golden up to Lake Louise where we split up the group. Adam, Allan, Bill and Marcia rode to Canmore and we went up to the green lake and walked down to one end for great views and pictures at Lake Louise. The weather was partly sunny and then we walked back and rode to the Baker Creek cabins to check in. We bought some groceries and Tom and I cooked Lasagna, soup and salad then we stocked up a fire pit and told stories. There was a trail nearby and a creek so a nice area to stay and relax. Internet was spotty!
