2008 SPAMS Ride - Day 2 - 6/1/2008
We left after a short continental breakfast over to Lolo Pass with a light
rain but after about 20 minutes it cleared and
we had a nice dry run to Lochsa Lodge for lunch. Paul complained earlier and the
other day when he left he heard a sound
but South Sound BMW said they couldn't find a problem. When we got off the pass
he sounded like a cruiser! After looking
at his exhaust he saw 2 bolts off the first pipe sheared off in the housing.
After a talk we decided to cancel Dillon and
check into Missoula 15 miles away and go to the BMW dealer the next day.
