I ran the V1 power wires to this location so I could mount the controller in the
left fairing pocket.

I'll be putting the V1 in a waterproof box and using the remote display shown here. If it starts to rain hard I can either
pull the remote unit, or cover it with a baggy.

Here's my solution to waterproofing the V1! I bought a CycleGadgets box but found it was too big for the 1300 Shelf.

Just a little Velcro to hold it in place! A perfect fit!!

I painted the Tupperware with flat black paint except for two areas I masked off so the V1 could "see".
