Sigma Install 3/14/2005

I got this mounting idea from Ben Timms. 3/4" PVC pipe attached to the bolt mounting my RAM mount.

A washer and bolt on the inside of the pipe section.

This gives you a nice handle bar like section to use the stock Sigma mount on.

Spray paint the pipe section to match the dash.

The Sigma mount to the tube with the stock handle bar mounting band.

I extended, and then ran the wiring down the vent in the lower left, then down the right fork tube.

Update: I ended up making a longer version of the plastic mounting tube to accommodate the Sigma LED light.

As many suggested, I bought two rare earth magnets at Radio shack. I mounted
as shown here on the left brake rotor. The Sigma pickup is zip tied to the fork tube.
