The fuses are located under this cover. Release the front and rear clips to pull the cover.

Here's what's under the cover.

The relay on the left is for the fog lights, the one on the right is the ACC relay I tapped for power.

Release the 4 clips to pull the fuse block.

Lift to expose the wires.

I used one of these taps to perform the modification.

The brown wire from the fog light relay gets cut as shown. It gets attached to the SMALL white wire with the red stripe
on the ACC relay.

The splice in place. Be sure and tape off the brown wire emanating from the wire harness so it can't short out.

Fog Lights on whenever the ignition and fog light switch are on.
